At Moore Impact Ministries, we are committed to creating a space for meaningful spiritual support and growth. To help us serve you with excellence, we ask all individuals engaging with our ministry services and sessions to review the following Booking Policy.

1. Booking and Deposit Policy

To secure a session with Moore Impact Ministries, all bookings must be made through our official booking platform or via authorised team contact.

• The full amount of your session will be paid via our website.

• If you need to cancel your session for any reason, you will be refunded the total amount paid if the cancellation is within the allocated time as specified below in point 2: Cancellations and Rescheduling.

• If you cancel the session after the specified cancellation and Rescheduling time, you will be refunded 70% of the total session amount.

Moore Impact Ministries reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that do not meet our internal guidelines or spiritual alignment.

 

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that occasionally, you cannot keep an appointment because of a sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation. requests outlining your
Circumstances received within 24 hours before your appointment will be considered.

• Cancellations made [up to 48 hours before the session time] or more prior to the session will receive a full refund of the session or be able to reschedule the session to a new time.

• Cancellations within [48 hours] of the session will be considered a late cancellation, and 30% of the session payment will be withheld, and the remaining 70% refunded to you.

• One-time rescheduling is permitted, provided that we can come to an agreement on a new session time.

No-shows or repeat cancellations may impact your ability to book future sessions.

3. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected. Any information submitted to Moore Impact Ministries, whether through our website, forms, or in-session communication, is treated with strict confidentiality.

• Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purposes of delivering ministry services and administrative functions.

• Your data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

• All electronic submissions are stored securely in accordance with current data protection regulations and industry best practices.
