1. Scope of Ministry

We offer prayer-based support that invites God’s healing, truth, and love into your life. As a trained prayer minister, I walk with you respectfully and lovingly during each session.

Please note:

• Our services are not a substitute for professional counselling, medical treatment, or mental health care.

• We encourage individuals to seek qualified professional help where appropriate, in harmony with spiritual growth.

• Faith and professional support are not mutually exclusive—they’re partners in your healing journey.

2. Confidentiality and Disclosure

We want you to feel safe and supported during your prayer ministry sessions. We are committed to maintaining confidentiality with anything shared during a session. However, there are exceptions where we are obligated to disclose information:

• If legally required (e.g. court orders, subpoenas).

• If we believe someone is at risk of harm—especially involving child abuse, neglect, or immediate danger.

We uphold both your trust and our legal/ethical responsibilities with integrity and care. If you have concerns, ask us—we’re open and here to support you.

3. Your Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for the decisions you make after your session. Our prayer ministers will guide you with spiritual care, but the direction of your personal, relational, or professional choices rests with you.

We encourage you to remain open to God’s leading. Aligning your life with biblical truth allows the Holy Spirit to keep working in you. Ignoring that truth may slow your progress—but His love and grace are always available.

 

4. Booking and Payments

• You are required to pay for your session ahead of time, through our website.

• Full payment confirms your spot. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit payment or incur fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule with [48 hours notice] without penalty.

• Cancellations within [48 hours] of the session will be considered a late cancellation, and 30% of the session payment will be withheld, and the remaining 70% refunded to you.

• One-time rescheduling is permitted, provided that we can come to an agreement on a new session time.

No-shows or repeat cancellations may impact your ability to book future sessions.

 

6. Use of Content

All materials shared through Moore Impact Ministries (teaching, resources, guides, etc.) are the intellectual property of Moore Impact Ministries. You may not distribute, reproduce, or use this content outside of personal, non-commercial purposes without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While we provide spiritual support with sincerity and care, Moore Impact Ministries is not liable for how you apply the guidance offered. Outcomes depend on your willingness to respond to God's leading.

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session if behaviour is inappropriate, boundaries are not respected, or alignment with our ministry values is not present.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
